Quinta da Panasqueira is a portuguese brand that intends to take overseas genuine and organic products from specific geographical regions in Portugal. We are a couple that loves good food accompanied with excellent wine. We enjoy the simple pleasures of life and one of these is travelling and taking the opportunity to make our local products known in local distances. We represent 2 powerfull wine regions, the Alentejo with an excellent quality / price ratio from the producers Absurdo and Doispontocinco from Beira Interior region with an excellent sample of reds, rosé and white wines all originals and well executed. We also represent local licquers made of endogenous fruits and herbs. Ouro da Estrela is a superior category brand of olive oil, uniquely produced with mechanical processes. This golden olive oil, extra virgen olive oil, is obtained in cool from healthy olives, harvested in a matured ideal state. It's taste is delicate, soft and fruity which is an ideal combination with salads, bread, fish and meat. Ouro da Estrela has won the Golden Medal in 2017. Traditional honey from the slopes of Gardunha

Concept Our products are honey, in three varieties, rosemary, heather and multifloral, produced on the slopes of the Gardunha between Cova da Beira and the plain of Castelo Branco. Area of ​​abundant water, oaks, pines and Mediterranean flora, it makes the transition between the north of Portugal and the south allowing an apicultural exploitation in zones of ecological excellence. Rosemary Honey: Taken in the plain of Castelo Branco has the following characteristics: Color: Gold color Taste: Soft Aroma: Sweet scent The rosemary plants grow spontaneously by the plain of Castelo Branco, it is a honey with great notoriety in Portugal. Cheese from Beira Baixa Region

Our local producer is Queijaria Almeida whose mission is to manufacture cheese cured from raw sheep's milk and goat's milk and pasteurized sheep's cheese curd. It is assumed as a reference company in the national, Community and extra-community market. PRODUCTS: Castelo Branco Sheep Cheese Cured: This is a normal curing product or prolonged cure. When it is not of prolonged cure it has a typical aroma of sheep and slightly acidified flavor. It has a thin crust of yellow color and inside it a soft paste of the buttery type. When Prolonged Cure has a moderately stronger taste, hard crust of yellow color and inside, hard paste;  Spicy Cheese from Beira Baixa: Cheese made from sheep's milk and goat's milk, prolonged curing, about 120 days, matured in rye straw. Taste strong, slightly spicy, conferred by prolonged maturation. Greyish white crust.

Absurdo present us the collection: Red Alentejo Horizonte Absurdo 2013, White Alentejano Absurdo 2015 and Red Alentejo Terracota Absurdo 2015.
